Trauma-Sensitive Supervision

Supervision for Non-Clinicians

Supervision is a common practice among clinicians but rare in other fields. As more practitioners in organisational settings and UX professionals face trauma-related challenges, supervision becomes essential. It helps prevent burnout, supports well-being, and ensures ethical practices.

Supervision offers space to reflect on challenging moments, whether you’re working with participants, clients, colleagues, or teams. You can join a group or book 1:1 sessions for focused support. Facilitated by clinical professionals, supervision helps you process your responses, reduce emotional load, and build confidence in handling complex situations with care.
