For People Who Work With People

Trauma-Sensitive Practices

Patterns Institute trains people without clinical training who work in 1:1 settings and may encounter trauma survivors. Our programmes cover core concepts in trauma, consent, regulation, and harm reduction. People we train leave more confident in responding to distress, while clear on the boundaries of their role. Our aim is to build practical skills for managing complex situations with care and clarity.
